Summer Kick-off

Yeah, I know how lame I am. Here we are with fall weather kicking in and I am just now blogging about our great summer. It's not as bad as sending out Christmas cards 3 months late like I did this past year. Anyway, I finally carved out a few minutes to show readers of my blog what I've been up to the past few months. These are going to be spread out over the next few posts.

We kicked off the summer at my friend Jana's. She held a little summer kick-off party for the neighborhood kids at her house which is our church parsonage. I'm not technically in her neighborhood, but I'm close enough, especially considering the mileage that Spokane covers.

The kids loved the hot dogs, chips, soda, and ice cream.
