I have so much to write about, but too many good things are happening at once and I don't have time to write about them all. So, I'll just share some of the beautiful sounds filling my home these days:
1. Andrew laughing and trying his best to talk. Things like "ga ga" and sometimes things that sound more intelligible, but I won't write them here lest you think I've lost my mind.
2. A new CD. I'll have to write more about this one in another post, but one of the young men from our church who just graduated from high school made a CD of five songs he wrote, played, sung and recorded along with his sister. We all love it, so it has been played a lot. The girls keep asking, "Can we listen to the Joel songs?"
3. The girls playing together. It is so fun to have Annalisa home again and to hear her and Alyssa playing make-believe.
4. Annalisa reading. I'm pretty amazed at how well she's doing and I love to hear her reading to her sister and brother.
5. The piano. Formal lessons haven't started yet, but the girls enjoy tinkering away and singing along with my instrument.
