Downhill Stretch

Woo hoo! Doug took his Spanish CLEP today for college credit (and did well on it thanks to our great teachers and friends from Arequipa) which means he only has 3 classes left before he has his Bachelor's Degree. It is really hard to believe that he is almost done since he has talked about finishing this for the past 10 years. I am really proud of him as he has gone to school and received good grades, worked (first part-time and now full-time), stayed faithful and involved at church, helped me through all those tiring months of pregnancy, and made time for loving, guiding, disciplining, and instructing our children. But I am going to post this before he sees it because I know he will be embarrassed by my praise.

Congrats Doug and Anna! He also has been able to do this because of such a supportive wife, Anna. We're so happy for you guys. A friend from Canada who is part of our EA group came and stayed with us for 4 nights. It was such a breath of fresh air. So she has taken back a little package for you but needs a phone number to include on the package. Would you mind emailing it to me? We miss you guys and thanks for your writing Anna. Love, Aimee
